2. Platform Services

CJ AutoAsia provides technology and consulting services that improve customer satisfaction and retention. Through our platform, we enable workshops to:

  • Manage service intake and bookings

  • Process automotive service transactions

  • Offer vehicle maintenance and repair services

  • Insurance renewals

  • Access sales and customer data insights

  • Improve customer loyalty and after-sales engagement

CJ AutoAsia acts solely as a platform consultant, provider, and facilitator and does not directly provide automotive repair or servicing services.

3. Partners Responsibilities

Workshops using the platform agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about their services and pricing

  • Deliver services to customers in a professional manner

  • Comply with applicable laws and regulations

  • Handle customer service issues, refunds, and complaints directly

CJ AutoAsia is not responsible for the quality or outcome of services delivered by Workshops.

4. Platform Fees

Workshops agree to the pricing structure outlined in the Pricing & Refund Policy, including:

  • Transaction fees

  • Onboarding or setup fees

  • Additional service charges where applicable

All payments processed through the platform are subject to these fees.

5. Payment Processing

Payments processed through the platform are handled through a secure third-party payment gateway.

CJ AutoAsia does not store sensitive payment card information. All transactions are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR)

6. Platform Usage

Workshops agree not to:

  • Use the platform for fraudulent or illegal activities

  • Manipulate transaction data

  • Attempt unauthorized access to platform systems

CJ AutoAsia reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

CJ AutoAsia shall not be liable for:

  • Service disputes between Workshops and their customers

  • Losses resulting from Dealer operations

  • Interruptions caused by third-party systems or payment gateways

The platform is provided on a best-effort basis.

8. Changes to Terms

CJ AutoAsia reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will be published on the website. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.

10. Account Termination

CJ AutoAsia reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in activities that may harm the platform or its users

B. Service Delivery Terms

1. Nature of Services

CJ AutoAsia provides digital platform services that allow Workshops to:

  • Receive service bookings

  • Process transactions

  • Manage automotive service orders

  • Offer vehicle-related services

CJ AutoAsia does not directly perform automotive repair or maintenance services.

2. Service Fulfillment

All automotive services purchased through the platform are fulfilled directly by the respective Workshops. The timing, quality, and delivery of services are the responsibility of the Workshops.

3. Booking Confirmation

Once a customer completes a booking or transaction on the platform:

  • A confirmation will be generated through the system

  • The Workshops will arrange service scheduling with the customer

4. Service Timelines

Service completion timelines vary depending on the type of service and the Workshops performing the work. Customers should confirm timelines directly with the Workshops.

C. Pricing & Refund

1. Overview
CJ AutoAsia [Customer Journey AutoAsia] provides a digital platform that enables automotive Workshops to manage after-warranty customer service appointments, parts purchases, repair services, and other automotive-related transactions. CJ AutoAsia facilitates transactions between Workshops and their customers through the platform. Workshops may also access data insights, advisory support, and marketing services to help build customer loyalty and improve service operations. By using CJ AutoAsia’s platform, Workshops agree to the pricing and refund terms outlined in this policy.

2. Pricing Structure
2.1 Transaction Fees
CJ AutoAsia charges a platform transaction fee on completed net sales transactions processed through the CJ AutoAsia platform.
The transaction fee applies to services, including but not limited to:

  • Vehicle servicing

  • Parts purchases

  • Repairs

  • Workshop services

  • Additional services offered through the platform

Transaction fees are automatically deducted during payment processing through the integrated payment gateway.

2.2 Onboarding and Setup Fees

CJ AutoAsia may charge a one-time onboarding and setup fee. This onboarding fee covers:

  • Platform setup and configuration

  • Workshops on onboarding and account activation

  • Initial system integration and training

The onboarding fee will be communicated and agreed upon before activation of services.

2.3 Additional Products and Services
Workshops will have the option to offer additional services and products through the platform. Examples include:

  • Engine wash services

  • Value-added automotive services

Pricing for these services must be displayed on the platform, depending on the service type

3. Payments

All payments processed through the CJ AutoAsia platform are conducted via a secure payment gateway. Payments are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) only. Workshops are responsible for ensuring that all transaction details and service pricing displayed to customers are accurate before payment is processed.

4. Refund Policy

4.1 Platform Transaction Fees

Platform transaction fees charged by CJ AutoAsia are non-refundable once a transaction has been successfully processed through the platform.

These fees cover payment processing, platform usage, and operational support services.

4.2 Workshops' Services and Customer Refunds

CJ AutoAsia acts solely as a technology platform provider and does not directly provide vehicle servicing, repairs, or parts sales.

Any refunds relating to:

  • Automotive services

  • Repairs

  • Parts purchases

  • Service quality issues

are the sole responsibility of the respective Workshops providing the service. Customers must contact the Workshops directly to request refunds or resolve service disputes.

5. Booking Cancellations

Cancellation policies for service bookings are determined by the individual Workshops. Customers should refer to the specific Workshops’ cancellation policy for details on cancellation eligibility and potential refunds.

6. Payment Errors and Disputes

If a payment error occurs, including but not limited to:

  • Duplicate transactions

  • Incorrect billing

  • Payment processing errors

Workshops should notify CJ AutoAsia within 7 business days of the transaction. CJ AutoAsia will investigate the issue together with the payment gateway provider and respond accordingly.

7. Chargebacks

In the event of a chargeback initiated through the customer’s bank or card issuer, CJ AutoAsia reserves the right to investigate the transaction and request relevant documentation from the Workshops.

Workshops may be required to provide proof of service, invoices, or customer authorization to resolve the dispute.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
